My driveway hadn't been cleaned for several years and was in dire need of a good cleaning. I hired Premier WashPros to power wash the driveway. They were here on time and in less than two hours the driveway looked like new again and it was all completed at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will have them seal the driveway and clean the house in the near future.

I live in Benton and own a two-story home with a tall high pitched roof. I called and got 3 estimates from well known businesses that were listed as the top Power washing on homes and among other items they do.When I received a call back from Premier shortly after my initial call I spoke with GLEN. I was very impressed just by the energetic voice, he came out the same day and gave me a quote.Glen was very professional and explained to me step by step on what they would do and GUARANTEED I would be satisfied and happy when the job was completed.I thought you can't get any better than that,plus he would schedule me within a 2 day window. That made me even happier to get this completed.After putting all 3 bids together Premier was in the middle. Which I might add the other one company couldn't give me a day or time yet. I made my mind up then and gave GLEN the job.I am so glad I did.The crew arrived and moved all my personal belongings, plants,furniture etc. off my porches and proceeded with the cleaning. I had the roof, driveway and house washed. Premier delivered on their promise to make it all look like new. I was thoroughly impressed with their punctuality, professionalism and the results. Next time I won't make them work so hard, and will have them back periodically to stay on top of dirt, mold and algae.
We had PWP out for gutter service today. There were a few problems with crew having correct equipment to reach our second story, after a call to company, management was out within an hour and made it more than right. Would recommend based on corporate response.

Not only did they do a great job but they left no sign they were ever there, to me having someone do work at my home that I do not have to clean up after is a rare thing.I had them come out again this year (2019) and once again they did a great job. I had other work being done at my home while they were there and the other crew even commented on how courteous and professional the gentlemen from Premier were while they were there. Looks like I will see them again next year.

Professional service at a reasonable price. Were on site at scheduled time and performed all the work in a timely manner. Crew was courteous, worked efficiently, and showed me some areas on my home that needed attention beyond washing (scratch marks from squirrels trying to enter the attic space) that I hadn’t seen. I had planned to have the house painted but now it looks great and I’ve saved the cost of a paint job. Plus, there were no “surprise” additions to the original quoted price. Overall, very satisfied with this Company and the quality of their work. Would highly recommend.

One of the biggest issues with those that call Hot Springs Village “Home” is that service companies are unreliable and non-communicative. We have had first hand experience with those companies. My wife and I are business owners and we rely on reviews from our clients and customers. We are also a service provider and our business “lives or dies” by what our customers say about us. Premier WashPros has earned this 5 star review as we have not met a business owner in The Village that runs their business as efficiently and effectively as Glenn Johnson. Glenn has a great interactive website, follow-up systems that communicate ‘what’s next’ in the process and a very personable manner on the phone. We are not used to this kind of service at any price. Glen and his co-worker were at our house this weekend. My husband and I both work full-time. Wash Pros did our entire house, extra garage, gutters, roofs, driveway and patio in 5 1/2 hours.
